		<description>This doesn&#039;t mention anything about exercise.  Pilates is a super slimmer for anyone who doesn&#039;t like to sweat too much.  It was the only thing that I liked to do after having my daughter, although I cross train now.  If you have dish network, there is a channel called &quot;Veria&quot;  (channel 9575 on my network)  and it has an awesome pilates workout from 7 to 8 am every morning.  The instructor offers modifications for beginners and you will see results fairly quickly in your hips, legs, and core if you do it at least 3 times a week.  there is also a pilates dvd called &quot;10 minute solutions, pilates&quot;  that is also fun, but it is more difficult.</description>
