I like this story and agree with many of the comments made. We have to be careful which diet pills we take. There are a lot of dangerous stuff freely available. While some supplements may help (I have been using CLA and Chromium for years without any side-effects), the best way to lose weight is still to follow a healthy diet and get some exercise.
