		<description>I think soda is a really killer in the battle of the bulge.  You are drinking hundreds and hundres of calores down your throat not to mention the havoc it is doing to your teeth, skin.

Also, I&#039;m not sure if this is true or not (it sounds too good to be true) but I heard that drinking 10 glasses or water a day will help you lose 10 pounds of water weight in 1 week. I know you&#039;re supposed to drink water anyways,(that is all I drink) and it can&#039;t hurt to try it, so I&#039;m going to.</description>
