Try our plan, and you won’t have to sacrifice the flavors you enjoy (how about steak and blue cheese?) or the nutrition your body needs.

We’ve put together a 1,200-calories-a-day diet that’ll help you lose three to five pounds in a week—and finish with a flatter belly, too. Key foods (like sweet pineapple, creamy Greek yogurt, and soothing peppermint tea) banish bloating, and naturally low-sodium foods (like quinoa) help prevent water retention and get rid of water weight.     Hi, I love this diet because I already eat all these foods. One question– do I have to follow each day to a tee, or can I eat Day 1’s breakfast with Day 2’s snack and lunch and day four’s dinner? Any thoughts?

    I lost 4 lbs. last week, this is my 2nd week on this diet. The meals are delicious, very easy and quick to prepare. I thought I would be starving, but only get a bit hungry ocassionally and as soon as I do, I prepare my meal and eat. It would be helpful if they would provide the shopping list and more menus. Thanks.

    So I’m on day 2 of the plan. I made some modifications – I can’t afford to buy so many different things, and I’m allergic to avocado, and I’m cooking for one most of the time, and I usually need an afternoon snack, not morning.

    Anyway – This is the second day that I’m STARVING. I was surprised that there are no modifications for those of us who are taller like the FGW Plan. I’m committed to finishing the week, but have just warned my coworkers to avoid me in the afternoons ;-)

    I tried your lose 5lb in 7 day diet and lost 5lbs. I am so excited with this diet as it is all the foods I love. Can you please tell me where I can find more days of this diet to keep me on track? I hate to keep doing the same thing everyweek and would like to know if there is a book that has been published for this diet or is it only a 7 day menu? Thank you very much, Jan Milanese

      I was wondering if there is a vegetarian modification for this diet. I find it really hard to find good veggie diet plans with pre-made menus.
