Yep, for all we may have anted there to be a quick and easy way to lose weight; the only sustainable way of doing it is to boost your metabolism by increasing lean muscle mass. And the only way to get more of that, is exercise. Dancing sounds great!
well for me i guess the best way is to run… when i run i feel like the forrest gump. :p
i feel so light on my feet. and i enjoy that feelings.
