Here’s a trick: eat anything that you crave before noon, and after, drink lots. For dinner, have lots of veggies/fruits + protein food (i.e. chicken, beans, or fish). Also, don’t eat anything after 6:30pm, because your metabolism slows down in the evening. If you’re very hungry, have an apple or drink some tea with milk. PLUS!! Don’t forget to move and excercise, because you need to burn that fat!!
Losing weight and getting in shape isn’t hard: you just need lots of motivation and consistency. Good luck!

How does this work?
Resistant starch is a natural type of dietary fiber that is fermented in the large intestine and produces short chain fatty acids. Dr. Janine Higgins at the University of Colorado (who published a clinical study showing that resistant starch increased fat burning) has suggested that the short chain fatty acids produced from resistant starch are absorbed and impact the liver. It slows down the use of carbohydrates as energy and the body switches to using fat. Other fibers do not do this – either because they are not fermented in the large intestine or they produce different ratios of short chain fatty acids. Three clinical studies have also shown that resistant starch increases insulin sensitivity in healthy people and in Type II diabetics. This helps to keep insulin levels lower, which helps control weight. High levels of insulin promote fat deposition and prevent fat from being burned. Finally, numerous clinical trials have shown that the fermentation of resistant starch helps you to eat less and not feel hungry – even the next day.
