		<description>well i generally cant find any time in the morning. so i manage some time after my daily job. i run for 1 hour. and then take a long bath.. really makes my day... :)

		<description>early morning is the best time to exercise, i get up at 5am and walk for 45 min to one hr each am, gets me off to a good start and then your done, any additional walking i do is done throughout the day along with some light weight lifting and stretching. i have been sleeping better to. it works.</description>
