		<description>Yeah well explained. Do practice yoga and please mind that if you don&#039;t concentrate  there will be no benefit. Practice will increase your concentration. Obviously if you practice yoga and eat balanced diet you will lose weight in one week.

I&#039;ve never heard, and hardly believe, that taking a multivitamin is going to help people reduce their intake. Two studies that show this aren&#039;t proof enough for me.  And vitamin c and weight loss?  They don&#039;t really go hand in hand.  Maybe it&#039;s the intake of more fruits and vegetables with vitamin c that leads to weight loss because people are more full from the fiber and volume of produce.
