Question can you go from 16 to 14 by walking and how do you get over the wall of feeling sorry for yourself.</description>

Daily twenty minutes walking is enough to maintain our body and also abstain high calorie diets mainly baked products , ghee, butter and cheese. Vegetarian diet helps to reduce cholestrol. Greens and raw vegetables are useful to keep our health fit. Allopathic Medicine gives more side effect when compare to Homoeo, Ayurvedic,Siddha and Unani. By vigorous walking I shed 14 Kgs of weight in 18 months. I brought down my weight from 79Kgs to 65Kgs and still maintaining by controlling the diet, walking and by cycling.</description>
