Hello! I need your help. I’m 57 years old, I worked outdoors with horses for 11 months without a day off. I lost my job in May. I was physically exhausted.I weighted 125-128 lbs. Now I’m 144lbs. and have gained so much in my hips and tummy and bottom . I’ve gone from a size 9 to a 12-14 . It’s not so much what I eat but now that I’m not working I don’t do much exercise, Where and how do I start? People keep telling me It’s because of my age the new inches won’t go away . Please help.
